DOMESTIC

• FREE Standard Shipping for all contiguous USA merchandise orders $75+ USD for active www.hbbeauty.com account holders (please allow 4-8 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order). This benefit does not apply to past orders that were placed prior to having an account. 

INTERNATIONAL: FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders $200+ USD and over.

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. 

Domestic Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 10am ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Orders must be placed by 10am EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. HeyBabe Beauty offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise for account holders who place order $100.00+ USD. Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped ground with Standard Shipping.

Hawaii and Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to these states.

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

Hazmat Product Shipping

If your order contains a hazmat item, it must ship ground Standard Shipping (4-8 days total delivery time including processing time) for domestic and ship DHL Express for international orders. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military address locations at this time. 

International Shipping

We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at the checkout.

For International orders less than $200 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

Business Days + Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
